Applicator Assembly

NOTE: Before assembly, make sure all spare parts are
available (new in unopened package if so delivered),
other parts thoroughly cleaned. Suitable lubricant and
thread locking compound should also be available.
1. Insert needle packings and guides with the special
tools (17V860 and 17V861). Note that there are
"double packings" on the side facing the cylinder
housing.

2. Mount the remaining needle packings in the cylinder
housing, fit a new gasket and screw the housing to
the central body.

3. Insert the needles together with the needle guide
and gasket.
