15. Make sure that the lead cable does not hang over the edge
of the worktop or table, since this can cause accidents, for
example if small children pull on the cable.
16. Route the lead cable so that it is prevented from being pulled
or tripped over.
17. Always disconnect the lead cable from the wall socket pulling
on the plug, never on the cable.
18. To avoid injuries, never touch the rotary parts of the appliance
and do not put objects or parts of the body in the operating
appliance.
19. Do not use the appliance with accessories of other
manufacturers or brands, to prevent damage.
20. Disconnect the appliance from the wall socket after use and
prior to cleaning. Never leave the appliance unattended when
it is connected to the wall socket.
21. Check the appliance, the wall socket and the lead cable
regularly for wear or damage. In case the lead cable or other
parts appear damaged, please send the appliance or the base
to our after sales service for inspection and repair (for address
see page 32). Unauthorised repairs can constitute serious risks
for the user and void the warranty.
