3.12.2 CONFIGURING AN M910 MOBILE TERMINAL

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Check that the handset is not already registered. To cancel the previous registration,
refer to the section "Cancelling the registration of an M910 portable handset"
Check that the handset has been declared on the OMM interface (see the section
"Portable Parts").
Check that the registration of the handset is authorised on the OMM interface
(Portable Parts/Registration).
3.12.2.1 REGISTERING AN M910 MOBILE TERMINAL
It is important to follow the procedure below when registering the M910 handset for the first time.

On the mobile terminal, the line "Register" is displayed. Press the Menu key, select System
using the

Select Register and confirm with OK.

The line "PARK ? :" appears. Enter the installation's PARK. Press Next.
The PARK is unique and corresponds to the one declared in the OMM interface.

The line "BS-PIN" appears.
If no PIN has been defined in the Portable Part screen, do not make any entry and press
OK.
If a PIN has been defined in the "Portable Part screen", enter this PIN and press OK.
5.
The line "Name" appears. Enter the name of the PBX on which the mobile terminal has just
been registered and press OK to confirm.
6.
The line " Int No." appears. This is a user information line. The number of the mobile can be
entered here, for example, or the number to be called if the mobile is lost. Enter the
information and confirm with OK.
7.
Press Esc to exit the Registration mode.
To use the mobile terminal only with the previously defined device and not use the "Automatic
search" function, proceed as follows:
