When the PP user moves to a radio coverage area with the next RFP, the PP detects a stronger
signal and the handover process starts again.
Upon completion of the handover process, the voice path between the IP phone and the PP is
established:

Between the IP phone and the primary RFP
•
Between the primary RFP and the new secondary RFP.
