2.2.1 Longitudinal adjustment of the hitch and
grass cutting height
In the direction of movement of the tractor, the hitch
must always be inclined at an angle of 3º.

– Check if the hitch is leaned forward for 3º. A look at
the curtain (1) may help: its lower side edge should
be equally distant from the floor.
– Adjust the upper bar (2) suitably.
– The recommended inclination allows
mowing at a height of 40-70mm.
– The mower is designed with a forward
tilt angle of 3º prior to the connection.
– The tilt angle of the hitch in the
direction of travel must not exceed
7º (3).

2.3 P.T.O.shaft
2.3.1 General
– After connecting the machine to the 3
point hydraulic hitch bar switch off
the engine and pull out the ignition
key. Secure tractor against
movement!
– The transverse PTO shaft is installed
with a safety clutch. The safety clutch
protects the tractor and mower
against damage. Do not handle the
safety clutch during operation!
If you do not follow the instructions
–
given above, the guarantee becomes
void.
2.3.2 P.T.O. shaft length adjustment
– Switch off the P.T.O. shaft when
performing check up, maintenance,
repair and mount works. Switch off the
engine and pull out the ignition key.
Secure the tractor from movement.
– Nobody is allowed to stay between
tractor and machine when lowering the
mower with the hydraulics.
– Danger of material damage: Do not
lower the machine with the hydraulics
before the P.T.O. shaft length is
adjusted!
