– Place the mower into work position.
– Open the linking belts on the curtain of the front
flexible protection (1).
– Lift the front folding guard (3) upwards, so that you
are able to access the discs.
– Replace or turn the blade with the purpose key (4)
as shown in the figure. Pay attention to the left,
right direction of the blade mark (5) and the
direction of the disc rotation when mowing.
– Place the front flexible protection (1) into protective
position.
– Close the linking belts on the curtain of the front
flexible protection (1).
– Deposit the new blades seperately left right into
the box with cover (6). Hold the cover open with
one hand!
– The correct blade position is the blade
with direction in the disc turning
direction.
– When one cutting edge is worn out turn
the blade and use the other cutting
edge.
– Inserted blade must be fixed in
movably.
7.4 Disconnecting the machine from the tractor
– The machine may only be disconnected
and set aside on a flat, solid and dry
surface. If the ground is too soft,
appropriate materials should be used to
reduce the pressure on the ground (e.g.
a wooden board).
– When lifting or lowering the machine
there must be no one between the
tractor and the machine or within the
tractor's operating area.
– Make sure to set the machine onto a
level and firm surface.
– When lifting or lowering the machine
using the tractor hydraulics, no one
should stand between the tractor and
the machine.
