– Secure the protective tubes (3) with the chain (4)
against rotation on the side of the tractor and the
side of the machine.
– Check the turn and space area of the P.T.O. shaft.
P.T.O. shaft touching the tractor or the machine
may cause damage (touch with 3 point hydraulic
hitch bar, machine connection).
– If the tractor's arms incorporate a crossbar (7),
check the movement of the cardan shaft between
the upper and lower position of the arms and adjust
the mounting position of the arms on the machine
(6).
– The PTO shaft must not be removed by fixing it to
the chain.
– Attention! Remove the P.T.O. shaft holder (5),
used for deposing the P.T.O. shaft when
disconnecting the mower.

2.3.4 Transverse adjustment of the cutter bar in
transport position
The cutter bar moves transversely by ±8º.
In the transport position, the parallel position of the
cutter bar to the level surface of the tractor is
regulated by two buffers installed between the cutter
bar and the mower's hitch on each side of the cutter
bar.

– Place the tractor on even ground.
– Check if the cutter bar in transport position is
placed parallel with the ground in the transverse
drive direction.
– Correct any deviations by screwing the first buffer
(1) and releasing the second buffer (2) or vice
versa.
