charged plate (size: 150 mm x 150 mm, capacitance: 20 pF) as defined in the
U.S. ANSI standards (ANSI/ESD, STM3. 1-2015). Use this as a guideline
purpose only for model selection because the value varies depending on the
material and/or size of a subject.
According to the establishment of the JIS Glossary of Terms, the applicable terms
