    ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling, please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2: PEDAL ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Attach the Left and Right Pedal Straps to the Left and Right Pedals (43, 44). Note: The end with the 4 adjustable holes must be set outwards. Attach the Left and Right Pedals (43, 44) to the Left and Right Crank Arms (9).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4: HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY STEP 4 Attach the Handlebar (3) to the front of the Front Post (2). Pull the Hand Pulse Wire (69) through the hole on the Front Post (2) and out of the top of the Front Post (2). Secure the Handlebar to the Front Post (2) with the Clamp Cover (56), Spacer (12) and T Type Knob (45).
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 6: BOTTLE HOLDER AND STEP 6 SEAT POST ASSEMBLY Remove the Front Post (9). Attach the Bottle Holder (51) to the Front Post (2), secure using 2 Phillips Screws (M5 x 15 mm) (27). Pull out the Quick Release Knob (46) from the Main Frame (1) and insert the Seat Post (4) into the Main Frame (1).

    CONSOLE FUNCTIONS FUNCTION BUTTON: 1. Insert 2 AA 1.5V batteries into the rear of the Console. A buzzer will sound and the LCD displays all functions for about 2 seconds. 2. After powering up, the upper (big) window displays TEMPERATURE and the lower (small) window displays the calendar.
  • Page 15 CONSOLE FUNCTIONS CALORIES: Measures heat consumption from when you start to stop from 0 - 9999. Each time when you press the SET key, the CALORIES increase by 10. If you press and hold for 3 seconds you can fast track the CALORIES to the desired level you want. The Console will make 3 beeps when the CALORIES reach the scheduled CALORIES.

    EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Trojan Enduro 330 Stationary Cycle provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.
  • Page 17 MUSCLE TONING To tone muscle while on your Trojan Enduro 330 Stationary Cycle you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like.

    Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. MUSCLE CHART The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Enduro 330 Stationary Cycle will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.

    WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following 3 parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Enduro 330 Stationary Cycle can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Enduro 330 Stationary Cycle after each use.
