ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the previous page.

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2: HANDLEBAR POST AND COVER STEP 2 Remove 6 x Hexagon Bolt (62), 4 x Curve Washer (64) and 2 x Flat Washers (58) from the tube of Main Frame (1). Remove bolts with S6 Allen Wrench provided. Connect the Sensor Wire (70) from the Main Frame (1) to the Extension Sensor Wire (38) from the Handlebar Post (3).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3: SEAT POST, SLIDING TUBE COVER, STEP 3 CUSHION, AND SLIDING TUBE INSTALLATION Remove 3 x Flat Washer (66) and 3 x Nylon Nut (65) from underside of the Seat Cushion (46). Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (46) through holes on top of the Seat Slider (7), attach with removed 3 x Flat Washer (66) and 3 x M8 Nylon Nut (65).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4: HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION STEP 4 Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (41) into the hole of the Handlebar Post (3) and then pull them out from the top of the Handlebar Post (3). Attach Handlebar (2) onto Handlebar Post (3) with one Bushing (73) and one Handlebar Decorative Cover (72).

ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 5: COMPUTER INSTALLATION STEP 5 Remove 2 x Phillips Screw (40) from the Computer (39). Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (38) and Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (41) to the wires that come from the Computer (39). Tuck wires into the Handlebar Post (3).
SEAT ADJUSTMENT SEAT ADJUSTMENT (UP AND DOWN) To adjust the seat height, loosen the spring Knob on the Vertical Post Stem on the Main Frame and pull back the Knob. Position the Vertical Seat Post at the desired height so that the holes are aligned, then release the Knob and retighten it.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS: TIME: Displays the exercise time. If the exercise duration is not set, the time will count up from 00:00 to a maximum of 99:59 in increments of 1 minute. If the exercise duration is set, the time will count down from the preset time to 00:00.

Console will remind to input user GENDER (Figure 21), AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, then begin to measure. 3. During measuring, users have to hold both hands on the hand grips. EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS This stage is to let your Cardiovascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch. As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Elite 3000 Exercise Bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Elite 3000 Exercise Bike after each use.
TROJAN ELITE 3000 EXERCISE BIKE The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Elite 3000 Exercise Bike will develop the lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.
WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES CLEANING Each workout should include the following three parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
