    3. ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 01 Attach the Front Stabiliser (7) to the Main Frame with 2 Allen-Head Screws (18), 2 Washers (30), 2 Spring Washers (31) and 2 M8 Cap Nuts (35). STEP 02 Attach the Rear Stabiliser (8) to the Main Frame with 2 Allen-head Screws (65), 2 Spring Washers (31) and 2 Washers (30).
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 04 Remove 3 Nylon Nuts (58) and 3 M8 Washers (62) from the Seat (67). Attach the Seat (67) to the Saddle Post (4) with 3 M8 Nylon Nuts (58) and 3 M8 Washers (62). Fix it at the desired height with the quick release Knob (61).
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 06 Attach the Hand Pulse Wire (80) and Computer Wire (78) to the Computer (77). Attach Computer (77) to the Handlebar Post (2) with four M5*12 Screws (84). CAUTION: Ensure that cables are not damaged during assembly or when tightening screws STEP 07 Insert the Left and Right Pedal (66) into the Crank (12).

    4. COMPUTER FUNCTIONS Functions and Features: 1. SCAN: While exercising press the MODE key until SCAN appears on the LCD. Each of the following functions will display for 6 seconds before moving onto the next function . TIME-SPEED-DISTANCE-CALORIE-RPM-PULSE 2. TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. The computer will automatically count up from 0:00 to 99:59 in one second intervals.

    5. FITNESS TIPS AND TECHNIQUES AEROBIC EXERCISE Aerobic exercise is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise improves the fitness of your lungs and heart - your body’s most important muscle. Aerobic exercise fitness is promoted by any activity that uses your large muscles (arms, legs, or buttock, for example).

    6. CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.

    7. WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up, consisting of 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body tem- perature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise, consisting of 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone.
