    ASSEMbLY STEPS INSTRUCTIONS fOR ASSEMbLy • Unpack the carton and using the parts list check that all parts are accounted for. • Do not dispose of the packaging material until assembly is completed. • Tools are provided for use in assembly. STEP 1: InSTAll THe FRonT/ReAR STAbIlISeRS • Attach the Front Stabiliser (2) onto the front curved plate of the Main Frame (1) with two M8 Cap Nuts (30), two Bolts M8 x 70 mm (17), and two Big Curved Washers Ø25 mm x Ø8 mm (15).

    ASSEMbLY STEPS STEP 2: InSTAll THe UP-RIGHT PoST • Release the Locking Knob (48) by turning it in a counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out. Pull out the Locking Knob (48) and slide the Seat Post (5) into the bushing (53) and Seat Post Cover (59) on the tube of the Main Frame (1).

    ASSEMbLY STEPS STEP 3: INsTAll The COmpuTeR pOsT ANd TeNsION CONTROl KNOb • Remove four Bolts M8 x15 mm (19) and Big Curved Washers Ø20 mm x Ø8 mm (14) from the tube of the Main Frame (1). • Insert the Tension Cable (55) through into the bottom hole of Computer Post (7) and pull it out from the square hole of Computer Post (7).

Pressing and holding MODE for 2 seconds with reset all preselected functions. Press UP to increase the selected Time, Distance, Calories or Pulse. Holding the button will increase the values more rapidly.
  • Page 15 OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS fUNCTIONS SCAN Press the button until SCAN appears on the display. This function will rotate between SPEED, RPM, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and BODY FAT. SPEED Press the button until SPEED appears. The current speed reading will be displayed. RPM: Press the button until RPM appears. This will display the amount of rotations per minute. Note that RPM will switch between SPEED and RPM every 6 seconds.

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Omega 380 Exercise Bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Omega 380 Exercise Bike after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.

    WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise: 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone. (Note: During the first few weeks of your exercise program, do not keep your heart rate in your training zone for longer than 20 minutes).
