may be listed as a Conner drive). If your new tape
drive is not listed, refer to the Troubleshooting
section on page 28.
Run Seagate Backup Exec. Look down the list of target
drives in the "Where to back up" menu box, as
shown in the figure at left. If your backup device is
listed in this drop-down list (it may be listed as a
Conner device), then Seagate Backup Exec has
recognized your new drive.
Your tape drive and software are now ready to back up
data.
