in your SCSI controller manual to determine if you
should disable parity checking. If you need to
disable parity checking, remove the parity jumper,
as shown in the lower figure on page 17.
Mounting the SCSI drive
If you are mounting the tape drive in a 3.5-inch drive
bay, skip to step f below. If you are mounting the
drive in a 5.25-inch drive bay, attach mounting
brackets to each side of the drive, as shown at
upper left.
Slide the drive into an unused drive bay, so that the
bezel is flush with the front of the computer (see
figure at lower left). Attach the drive using four
mounting screws.
