19 FAULTY SUCTION
Detection of suction incorrect or out of range in the suction safety pressure switch.
Probable cause:
Damaged or blocked exhaust duct.
Fault in the exhaust motor.
Fault in the suction detection system.
Procedure:
Operations reserved for Customer's Technical Assistance Service.
Switch off the power supply to the machine.
In dryers with gas heating, close the manual gas inlet valve.
Clean the exhaust ducts.
Check and clean the exhaust fan.
Check that the suction control tube is properly fitted and clean at its ends.
Check the connection for the automatic exhaust switch.
Reconnect the power supply to the machine and check performance.
If fault persists or is frequently repeated, disconnect the power supply and contact your Authorised Technical
Service.
20 FAULTY FAN
Fault in the exhaust fan due to tripping of the motor's protective circuit breakers.
Probable cause:
Tripping of the motor's thermal protection.
Fault in the wiring of the motor's power supply circuit.
Procedure:
Operations reserved for Customer's Technical Assistance Service.
Switch off the power supply to the machine.
Check the condition of the automatic protective circuit breaker.
Check for possible mechanical seizing in the extraction motor.
Reconnect the dryer after a period of 10 minutes.
If fault persists or is frequently repeated, disconnect the power supply and contact your Authorised Technical
Service.
21 MACHINE MODEL ERROR
Conflict between the model of dryer and the identification jumpers located on the microprocessor board.
Probable cause:
No jumpers on X23 and X24 connectors.
Error in connecting X23 and X24 connectors.
Fault in the dryer control system.
Procedure:
Switch off the power supply to the machine.
Contact Authorised Technical Services.
In dryers with gas heating, close the manual gas inlet valve.

10.3. Freeing a person trapped inside the machine

CAUTION!
PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF ENTRAPMENT OF A PERSON OR AN ANIMAL INSIDE THE MACHINE.
The dryer door has a magnetic closing system.
To open the door, pull the knob smartly. The dryer will stop running.
