Configuring the Port Insulation

This section describes how to configure the insulation for a GE port.
Context
When the GE port used, you must configure the parameters on the Web page according to the
types of the devices connected to the GE port.

Procedure
Click Advanced Setting > Lanswitch > Insulation in the navigation tree to display the
configuration page.
Select the correct item according to the types of the devices connected to the GE port, and then
click OK .
Click Management > Save/Reboot in the navigation tree, and then click Save/Reboot in the
right pane to reboot the device. The configuration takes effect only after the rebooting.
