WIU Address

This ATCS address is assigned by the railroad or agency for each specific WIU. The WIU
Address need not be set to the same value as the Site ATCS Address, it may be identified by a
separate node.
WIU Address: valid IP address (default is 0.0.0.0).
WARNING
THE WIU ADDRESSES MUST BE UNIQUE FOR EACH VIU.
