> Use the /buttons to select the following options:
[Update from Internet] (Update via the Internet)
[Update from DAB] (Update via DAB+ only)
[Update from FM] (Update via FM only)
[No update] (Time/date must be entered manually, see Section 16.2.1).
> Press the OK button to save the setting.
If you have selected [Update from Internet], you must also configure the time
zone and the summer-/wintertime setting. This is carried out under [System
settings] >[Time/Date] > [Time zone] and [System settings] > [Time/Date]
> [Summertime].

16.2.3 Setting the time format

Under Set format you can activate the 12 or 24 hour format.
> Press the MENU button and use the / buttons to select the [System
settings] > [Time/Date] > [12/24 Hours] item, then press OK.
