Using the Triumph
Forward-facing
Child Requirements for Forward-facing:
• Weight: 10 to 29.4 kg (22 to 65 lb.)
• Height: 71 to 127 cm (28 to 50 in.) AND the tops of
the child's ears are below the top of the child restraint
seat back.
• Age: At least one year of age.
IMPORTANT: Once your child exceeds 29.4 kg (65 lb.),
OR
is taller than 127 cm (50 in.), they can no longer safely
use this child restraint, and you should consider
using a booster seat.

Installation Checklist
WARNING
If your child weighs more than 29.4 kg (65 lb.) or
their shoulders are above the highest harness level,
you
MUST
discontinue use or the child restraint
will not protect your child.
1. Secure child restraint to the vehicle seat.
Child restraint is in Position #2 or #3 (page 26).
• Child restraint base sits flat on vehicle seat.
Install with vehicle seat belt (page 26) or lower
anchor connector assembly (page 32).
• Install tether strap (page 30 or 36).
Install locking clip, if necessary (page 28).
2. Set the child in the child restraint.
