Disassemble Pump

1. Pry the button plug off the top of the
pump.
2. Unscrew packing nut from cylinder.
PRO-DUTY Quick Repair pump retain-
ing nuts are not removable and not sold
separately.
3. Unscrew cylinder from intake valve.

4. Disassemble intake valve. Clean and
inspect.
5. O-ring at the bottom may require a pick
for removal.
NOTICE
If using a pick to remove the O-ring use care
to avoid damage to the machined surfaces.
6. Remove the O-ring from the intake
valve.
