6.1.4 Setting Indicator Lights Up

The following problems can cause the digital error indicator to light up:

Synchronization wire
error
Receiver error

6.1.5 Test input Indicator (Orange) Lights Up

Error
The SF4C is in the test input
condition. (Device error or
interlock setting error)

6.1.6 Operation Indicator Remains Lit in Red

When the operation indicator remains lit in red, it means that no light is received.
Cause
The beam channels are not correctly aligned.

short-circuited or disconnected.

The test input/reset input
wire (pink) is open when
selecting auto-reset.
Test input/reset input wire is
connected to +V or 0V at the
time when manual reset is
activated.

Remedy
Check the noise status of this device. If the error
cannot be solved, contact our sales office.
Check the error indicator (yellow) of the receiver.
Remedy
Connect the synchronization wire properly.
Check whether the receiver side works properly.
Remedy
Check the contents of the digital error indicator.
Wire the test input/reset input wire (pink) to 0V or
+V "Wiring" on page 34.
Open the test input/reset input "Wiring" on page 34.
Remedy
Align the beam channels properly, especially the top and
bottom ends between emitter and receiver.
