D. Filter PCB, Z2 (150) and CPU PCB, Z3 (130)
- Install PCB Z2 into the CPU/filter frame (310), by placing connector J1
into the frame opening, take care not to damage the flexible circuit; screw
the 4 screws (170) that attach connector J1 to the front of the CPU/filter
frame.
- Temporarily screw on the Z2 PCB with 2 screw (unlocked).
- Install the Z3 PCB under the CPU/filter frame (310), by plugging J10 and
J11 connectors into connectors P10 and P11 on PCB Z2.
- Temporarily screw on PCB Z3 with 2 unlocked screws
- Screw on, without tightening, the 8 other screws (160) on PCB Z2
- Screw on, without tightening, the 12 other screws (140) on PCB Z3.
- Lock all the screws on PCBs Z2 and Z3.
E. Equipped CPU/filter frame (110) and HF frame (310)
- Install the CPU/filter frame (equipped with PCBs Z2 and Z3) on the HF frame
(equipped with PCBs Z4 and Z5), by plugging connectors J10, J12, J18 on
PCB Z3 into connectors P10, P12, P18 on PCB Z4.
- Use the 8 screws (120) to mount the two frames.
F. Power supply PCB Z1 (80) and cover (50)
- Place PCB Z1 under the cover (50) and screw on without tightening the 4
screws (90) that attach the converter on PCB Z1 to the cover
- Screw and lock into place the 4 screws (90) that attach the Z1 PCB under
the cover (50); lock the 4 screws (100) that attach the converter.
- Install the equipped cover onto the CPU/filter frame (110), by plugging
connector P19 on PCB Z1 into connector J19 on PCB Z2; screw the 13 screws
(240) that attach the cover (50) to the CPU/filter frame (110) and screw
the 3 screws (70).
G. Cover (10) and batteries (40)
- Install the batteries, in accordance with the polarities (+), indicated on
the batteries and on the PCB Z1 support bracket.
- Use the 6 loss proof screws (20) to attach the cover.
