1. Assembly
A. Preliminary
- refer to the items in Figure 1 of the illustrated nomenclature
- During assembly, all the screws will be locked in placed with Loctite 932
thread brake glue, use a dynamometric screwdriver to tighten the screws,
in accordance with the following tightening torques:
. Screw M2.5: 0.58 Nm.
. Screw M3: 0.72 Nm.
. Screw M4: 1.65 Nm.
B. Required tools
- Torque screwdriver
- Standard electrical mechanic's tool kit,
- Torx screwdriver.
C. Clock PCB, Z5 (260) and HF PCB, Z4 (230)
- Place an insulating bush (300) on regulator Q1 on the Z5 PCB and install
Z5 (260) in the HF frame (310).
- Install PCB Z5 (260) using the four screws
the screws (temporarily).
- Install PCB Z4 into the HF frame, by plugging connector J22 into connector
P22 on PCB Z5; make sure that PCB Z4 is correctly centered in the HF frame.
- Attach the J5 connector support bracket onto the HF frame using the 4 screws
(250); attach PCB Z4 to the HF frame using 18 screws (240); lock the screws
(240) in place on PCB Z4.
- Lock the 4 screws (280) in place on PCB Z5 (260)
