Output data format

Data type "Float"
3.2.1
The output data is formatted as follows:
 A status byte indicating the validity and quality of the data
 Four-byte floating point process value (floating point as per IEEE754
standard). The byte ordering is the network order.
The provided resolution of the process value is 0.1 %LEL.
The status byte coding is specified in accordance with the ISA100.11a standard
(for details see also the Appendix in [RD 1].
Data type "INT16"
3.2.2
The output data is formatted as follows:
 A status byte indicating the validity and quality of the data
 Byte with padding = (0xFF)
 Two bytes for Process value as 16 bit signed integer
The provided resolution of the process value is 1 %LEL.
