De-installation

Disconnect the power supply to the battery charger and/or disconnect the power supply to the control box if
power hinge is fitted.

Disconnect and remove all charge ramp assemblies and mechanical stops from the rail (5mm Allen Key). If
power hinge is fitted, disconnect the motor feed wires and hinge limit switch wire.

Fit transfer rail to main rails and secure with one screw.

Remove the carriage on the transfer rail from the main rail. (Part of the rail may have to be disassembled
first dependant upon type of installation).
THE CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY AND TRANSFER RAIL WEIGHS 43.4 KILOGRAMS (96 POUNDS).
ENSURE THAT BATTERY LEADS DO NOT TOUCH EACH OTHER TO PREVENT ANY DANGER OF
ELECTRICAL CURRENT "ARCING" FROM ANY REMAINING CHARGE IN THE BATTERIES.

Disconnect and remove the batteries from the carriage.

Remove the Rail sections and feet.

Remove all components from the premises.

Ensure that the work area is left clean and tidy.
9.1 Disposal
Local legislation regarding environmental pollution must be observed.
POTENTIALLY TOXIC ITEMS INCLUDE ALL PLASTIC COMPONENTS, SEAT UPHOLSTERY,
BATTERIES, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS AND ELECTRICAL WIRING. THESE MUST BE SAFELY
