Precautions on
Image-making Position
This section is to describe the relationship between a
Image-making position and a screen frame. Improper
settings or the use of a nonconforming screen frame
may cause wasting screens or damageing this
machine. Please fully understand the contents of this
section.
• Exceeded maximum size of frame may cause
failure.
• Size of image-making area and artwork data has to
be 160mm or less then the outer frame size. Artwork
data size has to be smaller than the image-making
area size.
An improper size setting may damage the thermal
print head by contact with the screen frame.
• The use of a screen frame with a thickness
exceeding 40 mm requires adjustments of this
machine. Please contact your dealer (or authorized
service representative).

Screen Frame

The following screen frame sizes can be used.
Minimum size: 260 mm (X direction) × 260 mm
(Y direction) × 20 mm (thickness)
Maximum size: 780 mm (X direction) × 580 mm
(Y direction) × 50 mm (thickness)/75 mm (width)
X direction: 260 to 780 mm
Width: 75 mm or less
Width: 75 mm or less
Thickness: 20 to 40 (or 30 to 50) mm
*) Contact your dealer to shift this thickness capability.

Image Direction

The relationship between the direction of the Artwork
data created on the computer and the direction of the
image transferred onto a screen is shown below.
