TENSOR double action hinge for installation onto wall or frame

Glastür auf Montageböcke legen, Bänder in
Glasausschnitte setzen, ausrichten und
Gegenplatte montieren.
Anzugsmoment 15 Nm.
Set the glass door onto assembling trestle,
place hinges into glass cutout and align.
Install counter plates.
Tightening torque 15 Nm.
Glastür mit Beschlägen in Öffnung stellen und
ausrichten. Spaltmaße beachten!
Anschraubpunkte durch Anschraubplatte
markieren.
Bohrungen gemäß Befestigungsmittel.
Set the glass door with hinges into the opening
and align. Please notice gaps!
Mark drilling points through the fixing plate.
Drillings depending on wall plug.
Geeignete, auf den Untergrund abgestimmte
Ankersysteme verwenden. Senkholzschraube
DIN 7997 6 x ... verzinkt oder Senkschraube
DIN 7991 M6 x ... verzinkt.
Die Bänder müssen senkrecht und fluchtend
montiert werden (evtl. Anschraubplatte durch
Unterlegen mit entsprechendem Material
ausgleichen). Montageklötze oder ähnliches
müssen nach diesem Vorgang entfernt
werden!
Please use suitable anchorsystems (wall
plugs) according to foundation. Wood screw
with countersunk head DIN 7997 6 x ... zinc
plated or countersunk screw DIN 7991 M6 x ...
zinc plated.
The hinges must be fitted plumb (vertical) and
flush (you may need to shim the base plate
with appropriate material). Assembly blocks or
similar are to be removed after this work step.
