Dismantling, reuse and environmental aspects

Protect hands (and body) against injury and harmful effects of lubrication
and oil.
Wear protective gloves and use protective tools that are in good
mechanical condition.
Mower components which can rotate when being dismantled must be properly
secured.
Worn and damaged parts removed for repair (dismantling) must be stored in a
separate location to which animals and people have only limited access. Send worn
metal parts to be recycled (see applicable local guidelines). Worn plastic parts must be
treated as chemical waste and be discarded pursuant to applicable local guidelines.
Worn mechanical parts and spilled oil may present a risk of accident,
cause environmental pollution and violate applicable law.

EU Declaration of Conformity

The rotary mower, which is manufactured by Talex in Poland, complies with the
provisions of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU. The following standards apply: PN-
EN ISO 12100-1:2005, PN-EN ISO 12100-2:2005, EN 294:1994, PN-EN ISO 4251-1, PN-
EN 745:2002.
