Place pins and dowels
into the holes on the sides
as as shown.

Align the sides to stretchers (14a). Make sure holes on the stretchers
accept the pins and dowels on the sides (14b). Tighten the cam lock in a
clockwise direction. The cam lock range for tightening is 75º to 195º. Hand
tighten until a rigid tensioning is achieved (14c).
