    Turn base assembly on it's side. Lower the side panel onto the base assembly as shown (1a). Make sure there is a 1/8" offset at the top of the base assembly and make sure the front of the side panel is 3/4" from the front of the canopy (1b).

  • Page 6 NOTE: Before running filler panel through saw, subtract 1/8" from each measurement to allow for foam tape. Run the filler panel through a table saw. When Measure distance from base trimming with a table saw, make sure the GOOD side assembly to wall at top and bottom.

    DUST COVER Measure distance from base assembly to wall at front and rear for dust cover dimensions (19a). Run dust cover through table saw. Lower dust cover into place (19b) and attach using three (3) 1-1/4" wood screws (19c). Cut wall trim to length. Remove double face backer tape and install onto front of filler panel and snug against wall.
