Menu Configuration -> COM-Port
To enable the system to be configured the serial connection between the PC
and the system has to be established.
In case of a faulty connection between PC and system the following error mes-
sage appears after a short time:

To rectify the fault, the correct interface has to be chosen.
From the configuration menu select the COM Port sub menu.
Set the Port on your PC to which the system is connected . After pressing the
OK button, the error message should disappear. If the message does not dis-
appear check the cable.
Windows NT4.0/2000
Only an „Administrator" is able to set the COM Ports when using Windows
NT. Otherwise, the setting can be changed but it will not be stored.

For configuration always log on as an Administrator.
