Note: Unit ships calibrated. Only
re-calibrate if unit does not read

appropriate for your FluoroSense.
• To calibrate, press and hold Read
button while unit is off.
• While holding Read button, press and
hold Power button until 100 appears
on screen. Release both buttons.
• Place the sensor in the FluoroSense
Standard Solution appropriate for
your optics. Shake gently to make
sure bubbles are purged from the cap
and press Read button.
• The display will flash "td" several
times and then the unit will
automatically turn off. At this point
the FluoroSense is calibrated.
