7.11 Crankshaft and crankcase

7.11.1 To disassemble the crankshaft and
crankcase
1. Pull up the knob and remove the drive shaft tube.
2. Remove the throttle wire (A) from the throttle wire
joint (B). Remove the cables (C).

3. Remove the ignition system and the clutch. Refer to
Ignition system on page 40 .
4. Remove the spark plug. Refer to
page 40 .
5. Remove the air filter cover. Refer to
install the air filter on page 23 .
6. Remove the carburetor and the distance piece.

7. Remove the starter and drive. Refer to

8. Remove the muffler. Refer to
9. Remove the cylinder and the piston. Refer to
Cylinder and piston on page 46 .
