4. Remove the 4 screws and the clutch drum housing.
5. Remove the screws, the washers and the clutch.
6. Use pliers to remove the small snap ring (D) and the
clutch drum (E).

Note: If it is not easy to remove the clutch drum, use
a hot air gun to increase the temperature of the
clutch drum cover.

7. Use pliers to remove the snap ring (F) and the
bearing (G).
7.8.2 To clean and examine the centrifugal clutch
1. Examine the spring and outer edge for wear and
damage. The thickness of the outer edge must be a
minimum of 1.0 mm at the most worn point.
2. Examine the clutch drum for wear. Replace the
clutch drum if it is worn or damaged.
3. Measure the diameter of the clutch drum. Replace
the clutch drum if the diameter is more than 78.5
mm.
4. Examine the centrifugal clutch for damage.
5. Replace damaged parts.
6. Clean all parts.
