f) Remove the jet needles.
g) Remove the main jet (K).
h) Remove the valves and springs. Always replace
the valves and springs.

7.7.2.3 To assemble the carburetor
1. Blow compressed air through the channels of the
carburetor.
2. Install a new main jet (K).
3. Attach the valves and springs.
4. Replace the fuel screen if it is damaged or cannot be
cleaned.

5. Assemble the components of the carburetor in the
opposite sequence to how they were disassembled.
To disassemble the carburetor on page 26 .

6. Make sure that the lever arm is 0.66 mm +- 0.16 mm
below the plane of the carburetor surface. If it is
necessary, the lever arm can be bent.
