7.14.2 To assemble the throttle handle
1. Put the cables and throttle wire in the correct
positions. Make sure that the cables are attached to
the handle half.
2. Assemble the remaining parts in the opposite
sequence.
CAUTION: To prevent damage to the
cables, make sure that they stay in their
correct positions.

7.15 Gearbox

Note: There are 2 different gearboxes for this product.
One is used with a cutting head and one is used with a
blade.

7.15.1 To disassemble the bevel gear (543RBX,
543RBK)
1. Loosen the screw (A) and remove the splash guard.

2. Remove the screw (B) and lift off the plate (C).
3. Loosen the screws (D) and pull the gearbox from the
shaft.
4. Remove the sealing ring from the output shaft with a
screwdriver.
