19. Increase the temperature of the crankcase halves to
120ºC with a hot air gun.
20. Remove the bearings from the crankcase halves.
a) On the flywheel side: Carefully tap on the
bearing removal tool with a rubber hammer until
the bearing falls out.

b) On the starter side: Carefully tap on the bearing
removal tool with a rubber hammer until the
bearing falls out.
