If an error occurs after powering ON at the same
time, check if the POWER LED of the safety
extension module turns ON. If the POWER LED of
the safety extension module does not turn ON, there
is a possibility that the module is malfunctioning.
Please contact your local Mitsubishi Electric sales
office or representative.

If an error occurs during operation, check if the
POWER LED of the safety extension module turns
ON. If the LED does not turn ON, reset the power of
the whole system. If the POWER LED of the safety
extension module does not turn ON, there is a
possibility that the module is malfunctioning. Please
contact your local Mitsubishi Electric sales office or
representative.
Connect the safety extension modules within the
connectable limit. If this error occurs even when
the number of connected modules are below the
limit, check the parameter and the actual connected
module. If they are different, adjust the parameter
and the module configuration.
Review the configuration of the safety extension
module.
If the configuration has not been applied (press the
ENTER button) after changing the configuration,
apply the configuration.
