Disassembly - Assembly

Disassembly: (see Spare Parts Drawing)
Prior to disassembly, disconnect equipment from air
supply! Only experienced maintenance personnel may
assemble or disassemble this equipment.
After repair or maintenance, verify that equipment runs to specification!
Principally, use only DEPRAG original spare parts. Otherwise, a reduction
in equipment power-output and an increased maintenance-requirement
occurs. If NON-DEPRAG parts are installed, DEPRAG is justified to void
any existing warranty and liability obligations.
Attention:
Motor- and gearing parts may be damaged if dropped!
Attention:
Never clamp motor housing into a vice, without the usage of the
protective chucking jaws, since damage to motor-housing and
internal parts is unavoidable.
For disassembly proceed in the sequence described below:
1.
Disconnect screwdriver from air supply.
2.
Unscrew clutch bearing 397160 C complete with spring sleeve (Accesso-
ries - Optional Equipment) by means of the supplied hook (left-hand
thread).
3.
Take out clutch 395305 A complete.
4.
Clamp screwdriver spindle on its motor housing 398856 by means of the
chucking jaws 461498 into a vice.
5.
Unscrew double nipple 829214 (AF 14, right-hand thread) together with
the air connection parts (quick release nipple 328733, quick release cou-
pling 804282 and slide connector 823025).
6.
Remove snap ring 800964 (located in exhaust connection 386924 F) and
take out the silencers.
7.
Unscrew sleeve 401119 (AF 19, part of exhaust connection 386924 F)
from valve housing 401130 (right-hand thread).
8.
Pull off flange 3384554 complete with the guide bolt from valve housing
401130.
9.
Take out valve set 401168 A.
