Disassembly - Assembly
Disassembly: (see Spare Parts Drawing)
Prior to disassembly, disconnect equipment from air
supply! Only experienced maintenance personnel may
assemble or disassemble this equipment.
After repair or maintenance, verify that equipment runs to specification!
Principally, use only DEPRAG original spare parts. Otherwise, a reduction
in equipment power-output and an increased maintenance-requirement
occurs. If NON-DEPRAG parts are installed, DEPRAG is justified to void
any existing warranty and liability obligations.
Attention:
Motor- and gearing parts may be damaged if dropped!
Attention:
Never clamp motor housing into a vice, without the usage of the
protective chucking jaws, since damage to motor-housing and
internal parts is unavoidable.
For disassembly proceed in the sequence described below:
1.
Disconnect screwdriver from air supply.
2.
Unscrew the clutch bearing complete with the spring sleeve (accessories
– optional equipment) and the quick change chuck by means of spanner
AF 24 (left-hand thread) and take out the clutch complete.
3.
Loosen hex. nut 800678 (AF 13, right-hand thread), remove disc 800153
and guide bolt 407015 from the flange.
4.
Remove plug 823456 and unscrew slide connector 804764 (internal hex.
AF 2,5, right-hand thread).
5.
Clamp screwdriver spindle on its flange 328178 into a vice.
6.
Unscrew double nipple 802784 complete with the mounted parts (AF 17,
right-hand thread).
7.
Unscrew sleeve 328179 by means of spanner AF 32 (right-hand thread)
and remove the silencers 326986 and 328233.
8.
Clamp screwdriver spindle on its motor housing into a vice, using protec-
tive chucking jaws 461415, and take off flange 328178.
9.
Unscrew valve housing 406015 by means of pin wrench 462760 (right-
hand thread).
10. Push the gearing and motor parts approx. 3 mm towards air inlet side
and remove wedge 326946 by means of assembly pin 460744.
