19 Remove the CD-ROM from the drive and reboot the system.
Note: After software installation and reboot, a Follower Succession
Signaling Server sends out BOOTP requests and waits for a response.
Since the Follower Succession Signaling Server is not yet configured in
an IP Telephony node, there is no BOOTP response. Do not wait for this
response; go directly to "Adding a Follower Succession Signaling Server
to a node" on
page
Use Element Manager to install the Follower Succession Signaling Server in
the IP Telephony node.Refer to "Adding a Follower Succession Signaling
Server to a node" on
Use this procedure to log in to the vxWorks
Signaling Server from a maintenance terminal.
