6.2 Removing a slide/slides from the safety container
The safety container serves for storing slides that could not be processed during operation, and were
selected not to be placed back to their original positions in the magazines. The container has a
capacity of storing a maximum of 10 slides (a sensor detects the amount of slides in the container),
and if the container is full, the following message is displayed by the software: "There is too much
slide in the safety container, scanner control software will now exit. For more information, please
contact the support team."
To remove slides from the safety container, please follow these steps:
1. Since the software releases the door locks once the message is received, first, pull the door
handle to open it.
2. Carefully remove slides one-by-one.
3. Close the door.
