BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
Directions
½ tsp. onion powder

Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, cumin,
coriander, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the
½ tsp. garlic powder
ribs with the spices and paint the ribs with ½ cup
barbeque sauce.
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. ground coriander

Place the Inner Pot in the appliance Base. Add the water
and the ribs to the Inner Pot. Cover the Inner Pot with the
½ tsp. sea salt
Glass Lid.
½ tsp. ground black pepper

Turn the Program Dial to select the Slow Cook setting
1 rack baby back ribs, cut
(195° F/90° C). Press the Temperature Button and
in half
adjust the cooking time to 8 hrs. Press the Start Button to
begin the cooking process.
1 cup barbeque sauce, divided

When the timer reaches 0, press the Cancel Button.
2 cups water
Remove the ribs and brush them with the rest of the
unused barbeque sauce.
Optional:
sauce sauce by attaching the Air Frying Lid to the appliance,
preheating the appliance on the Air Fry setting at 400° F/204° C,
placing the ribs in a single layer on foil, and air frying the ribs
on either side until browned well (about 5 mins. per side).
