Compound Butter

Combine the compound butter ingredients in a bowl

and set the bowl aside.
3 tbsp. blue cheese

Season the filets with the salt and black pepper.

Place the Inner Pot in the appliance Base. Place the Grill
Plate in the Inner Pot.

Turn the program dial to select the Air Fry setting.

Press the Temperature Button and adjust the cooking
temperature to 500° F/260° C. Press the Timer Button and
