TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
Screen display does not
work properly
Backlight is not bright
USB card does not play the

Safety pin has no effect

Solution:
First turn off the device, restart the engine, if the problem is still
not resolved, replace the computer.
Solution:

Turn off the device, restart the engine.
•
Start the computer, see if the cable is properly connected, see if it
background light is damaged or not.
•
Change the computer.
Solution:
Test if the MP3 connection is normal, if it does not work normally,
open the computer to see if there is a good connection with the amplifier.
Connection is good, just like the MP3 connection, replace the USB to try
again or replace the computer.

Check that the safety pin is properly inserted.
•
Take out the computer, make sure the switch and wire are in good
condition or replace the computer.
Solution:

If it's just one button that doesn't work, open the computer program,see
if any key is damaged or replace the computer.

If most buttons do not work, turn the computer back on see if the keys
still don't work or replace the computer

Wash your hands and test again.

Check that the cables of the handle, which measure the heart rate,
damaged and that they are properly connected to the connector.

Change the circuit board or computer.
