The MultiRack is primarily controlled by using a browser to access the built-in web server, which offers a
HTML5 user interface page. Alternately, a similar page is displayed when a keyboard, video monitor, and mouse
(abbreviated KVM) are attached to the rear panel of the MultiRack. This is called the Console Interface. The main
differences between the console and the web-based interfaces are:
1) There are no audio level meters displayed on the console interface.
2) The console interface does not require a login procedure.

LOGIN

Upon connection to the MultiRack, a login screen will appear, Figure 12. Any username can be chosen and used
with the default password: comrex. This will access the Main User Interface display.

CONTROLLING MULTIRACK INSTANCES

MultiRack consists of five "instances" or virtual codecs within the single hardware box. Each instance is controlled
individually using its own web-based control page. Certain aspects of these instances are shared, however, like
the network and USB interfaces. These elements are considered "Global" to MultiRack, are labelled as such, and
configuration options may appear in each instance. If changing a Global parameter within a single instance page,
the change will appear across all instances.
Technically, the control page for each instance can be accessed directly on TCP ports 81-85. Alternately, a
connection to port 80 (or using no port number at all in the browser) provides an aggregated version of each of
