The Scratch Pad,
Circuit ID and Time/Date Screen
(Figure 16) allows three main functions:
• Setting/updating system date and time
• Logging the circuit ID
• Logging pertinent work notes
The time should be entered using military time (for
example, enter 3:15 p.m. as "151500"). The date should
