The power wheelchair you have purchased combines state-of-the-art components with safety, comfort and styling in mind guaranteeing maximum comfort of use.

Practical advice relating to the use of the power wheelchair. Before you start to freely use the power wheelchair find an open area where you can practice all the manoeuvres and where you can get acquainted with the operating system of the power wheelchair. It is best to use the assistance of another person who will aid and assist you till you gain total confidence and freed of movement when driving the power wheelchair.

the wheelchair control system. The intensity of EM energy can be measured in Volts per meter (V/m). Each power wheelchair can resist EMI up to certain intensity. This is called “immunity level”. The highest immunity level, the better control provided. Current technology provides at least 20 V/m immunity level which gives optimal protection against common sources of EMI.

Do not use the wheelchair during rain or snow, when the temperature is higher than 30°C or lower than 0°C. Do not use the wheelchair on soft, uneven, unprotected surfaces such as grass, gravel, sand or decks, beside a river or a lake. Do not use the wheelchair for off-road driving.

Do not get in or off the wheelchair if it stands on a slope (in order to get in/off the wheelchair you need to place it on flat surface). Always climb or descend the hills perpendicular to the slope. Control console assembly 1.

electric motor is not working the electromagnetic brakes are also not functioning either. If you want to reactivate the electric drive move the clutch lever downwards (position B). WARNING! Do not turn off the electric power if there is no one to assist you in pushing the wheelchair.

Seat height adjustment To change the seat height: Remove the seat from your wheelchair. Press and hold the seat lock lever to unlock it, then unscrew and remove the seat from the wheelchair.

Do not drive the wheelchair when the backrest is heavily tilted back. Swivel seat This feature is intended to facilitate the transfer from and to the wheelchair. To rotate the seat, pull up the plastic lever on the side of the seat (A).

Move the armrest to the desired position and tighten the screw. Adjustment of the angle of the armrest Under each armrest there is an adjustable screw allowing for adjustment of the angle of the armrest; turn the screw downward if you wish to lower the armrest and tighten it (clockwise) if you want to raise the armrest.

Plug the charger into the earthed socket. Turn on the charger (red light means that you should immediately charge the batteries, yellow light indicates that the battery is semi- charged, green light – the battery is fully charged). The optimum charging time is 8-14 h. New batteries must be charged for longer than 12h.

Replacing the batteries If you wish to remove the batteries: Turn off the power and remove the key from the ignition. Remove the seat. Gently lift up the front cover so that you can disconnect the wires from the headlight. Remove the tape securing the battery.

In order to obtain maximum performance of the batteries it is necessary to fully charge each of the batteries before their first use. The battery shall be charged up to 90%. Next you must discharge the battery by moving the wheelchair, preferably close to the site where you can easily charge the batteries again.

Using the wheelchair Before getting onto the wheelchair make sure that the key is not in the ignition. Turn the seat in such a way so as to facilitate getting in. Perform the transfer to the seat. Once again turn the seat into the correct position and make sure that it is in locked position.

Maintenance and repair In order to ensure that your wheelchair will give you years of trouble-free operation, the user should regularly inspect and maintain the wheelchair and deliver it to the authorized distributor for annual comprehensive maintenance and inspection. User advice 1.

10. Check the lever operation. If you find any damage do not try to fix it yourself just contact the authorised service centre. 11. Check the cabling (i.e.: nips, abrasion, cuts, kinks, dents, decolouration of the outer housing, brittle spots). If you find any damage (tear), contact your authorized service centre.
