9 Troubleshooting
Problem
The Plant Setup Assistant lists
none or not all of the Bluetooth
devices in your PV plant.

Cause and corrective measures
The NetID of your PV plant may not be configured on certain
devices.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure the NetID of the plant is configured on all devices.
The wireless connection of certain devices may be disturbed by
ambient conditions.
Corrective measures:
• Make sure that the connection quality for the Bluetooth
devices is at least "good" (see the manual of the Bluetooth
devices).
• If the connection quality is not at least "good", use
SMA Bluetooth Repeater or SMA radio-controlled socket.
This allows you to extend the radio range of your Bluetooth
network.
Inverters with Bluetooth Piggy-Back switch off during the night. For
this reason, the Sunny Home Manager cannot establish a
connection to these inverters during this time.
Corrective measures:
• Select [Skip forward] and continue with registration. After
registration, add devices to the plant as new devices when
there is sufficient irradiation (see user manual
"Sunny Home Manager in Sunny Portal").
The devices of your PV plant may not be operating. This is the
reason why the Sunny Home Manager cannot establish a
connection to these devices.
Corrective measures:
• Start the devices.
