2. Backgauge nut binding on leadscrew, screw bent or dirty

1. Dull knife
2. Low clamp pressure
3. Hydraulic fluid low
4. Air in lift- reduce pile height
5. Clamp not parallel to table
SLOW KNIFE
1. Defective seals in clamp cylinder
2. Defective knife down sequence valve on knife cylinder
3. Pump not achieving full pressure
4. Main system or clamp pressure reducer is by-passing fluid
